Eat Brisbane: Jam 4012

March 8, 2013 in Brisbane, Eat & Drink, Living

So here’s the facts: I’ve been to Jam 4012 twice already and I already have plans to come here again very soon. The meals are HUGE. It’s open early but you still might have to wait for a table because this place is awesome.

The brekkies here aren’t for those small eaters amongst us (although there is one tasty poached egg option, if that is the case) as the majority of these meals are what I would call – GINORMOUS! So huge in fact, that the second time round I came via bicycle (about 25km down the road) to make sure I worked up an appetite that was big enough to truly appreciate these amazing meals.

Corn cakes are my brunch of the moment. At Jam they are called the ‘Harvest’. Tasty fritters filled with corn, onion and red capsicum, topped with avocado, tomato salsa & the house balsamic vinaigrette.

And here’s the poached eggs – cooked just the way I like them.

I’m already planning my third visit with my sister and mum in tow. They are sick of me always talking about this place so I think they have to experience it for themselves.
